All hot holding functional chicken 150F, steak 147F, Rice 155F. All cold holding functional Guacamole 42F. Walk-in cooler is functional Chicken 41F, Salsa 40F, Steak 42F. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Observed employee making order for customers no visible issues .
