All cold holding throughout the facility is functional strawberries 42F, batter 37F, ham slices 41F, burgers 40F, chopped peppers and onions 37F. Walk-in cooler is functional ham slices 41F, batter 38F. Walk-in freezer is functional. Machine dishwasher is reaching sanitizing temperature. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility needs an overall good top down cleaning.
