Inspector’s comments
1) Facility reported on social media that plumbing issues prevented opening for two days last week. Operator encouraged to notify NYSDOH if these issued are to reoccur to potentially troubleshoot corrective actions if needed.|2) Chef reports minimal cooking and cooling. Prime rib is offered occasionally during special events where it is cooked and held. Cooling of leftovers does occur, but minimal.
