Inspector’s comments
All hot holding functional chicken 142F, mac n cheese 157F, mashed potatoes 148F, gravy 162F. Both walk-in coolers are fucntional chicken 42F, coleslaw 41F. Fryer and breading area is cleaner than the last inspection. My recommendation is the facility needs a lot of maintenance work done.
