Inspector’s comments
Lunch for today is stewed tomatoes, mac & cheese with salad. All hot holding on the lunch line is functional mac & cheese 164F, stewed tomaotes 148F. Cold holding on the lunch line is fucntional milk 42F. Machine dishwasher is reaching proper sanitizing temperature. Facility is overall clean and organzied. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Walk-in cooler functional milk 40F, cheese 42F, prepped salad 40F. walk-in freezer is fucntional, dry goods are is clean. Observed lunch line service with no visible issues.
