Inspector’s comments
All hot holding functional rice 142F, corn 144F. All cold holding functional pinapple 42F, mango 41F. Facility is only doing cook to serve for the noodles and rice. Facility is overall clean and organzied. Watched operator prepare an rice and noodle order with no visible issues.
