Inspector’s comments
Lunch for today is cheese pizza, mac & cheese, salad and/or fruit . All hot holding functional mac & cheese 160F. All cold holding fucntional chopped tomatoes 42F. Observed them serving lunch with no visible issues. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility is overall clean and organized. Walk-in cooler functional milk 42F, cheese 40F. Walk-in freezers fucntional. Dry storage area is clean and organzied.
