Inspector’s comments
All hot holding on the lunch line is functional corn 147F, chicken 152F. Cold holding on the sandwich line is functional sliced ham 42F, sliced tomaotes 43F. All refrigeration functional milk 42F and 43F. Walk-in cooler is fucntional butter 40F, American cheese 41F. Facility is overall clean and organzied. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Machine dishwasher is reaching sanitizing temperatures.
