Inspector’s comments
Facility is no longer prepping food they are ordering from places such as chick-fil-a, and core life eatery. Facility now has an ag and markets operator using the kitchen to make syrups by Patty and Mat Clark owner of Black Tie cocktail Syrups. His food items are separate from IHC. Facility is overall clean and organzied. Hot holding chick-fil-a nuggets 145F. Milk in the walk-in cooler 40F.
