Inspector’s comments
Facility is overall cleaner than the last inspection. Facility has replaced the broken refrigerator from last inspection. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. All cold holding throughout the facility is functional ham 42F, coleslaw 41F, sliced potatoes 41F, ground beef 40F. Hot holding units are functional Gravy 147F. All freezer units are functional. Facility still needs some more deep cleaning.
