All cold holding functional chicken 42F. Hot holding soups 145F, pasta sauce 147F. Walk-in cooler functional salmon 40F, sliced cheese 41F. Walk-in freezer functional. Facility is overall clean and organzied. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Watched employees prep chicken and apple pies with no visible issues. Machine dishwasher reaches proper sanitizing temperature.
