New food vendors announced for 2026 New York State Fair
The 2026 New York State Fair will feature new food vendors serving items ranging from tacos and dumplings to soft serve and soups.
The 2026 New York State Fair is set to feature new food vendors offering a wide range of dishes, including tacos, burritos, dumplings, chicken and waffles, pizza, burgers, seafood, soups and desserts.
The vendors listed include Baga Bowls On the Go, Baja Cali Taco, Boom Boom Mex Mex Taqueria and Cantina, Blueberries & Lace, Brody’s Mac & Cheese, Churro Co., Humpty’s Dumplings, Cuddle Crepes, Dude’s Donuts, East Hill Creamery, Funk ‘n Waffles, Mamacitas Spanish Fusion, Tikka Street, The Shrimp Truck and several others. Many of the vendors are also participating in Tasty Tuesday on Sept. 1, when samples will be available for $3 to $5. The fair said pictures of the samples are available on its website.
