Inspector’s comments
All hot holding temperatures are appropriate at 140 degrees F or above at the time of inspection.|Facility walls and ceilings have been repainted.|Facility currently has 8 booths of 4 (32 total) and 2 six-tops (12 total) and 3 four-tops (12 total) and 1 five-top (5 total) and 7 counter bar seats (7 total) for a total of 68 seats. A wall cutout for the door to the next door apartment has been completed - waiting on the door to come in. The new empty space will be used for overflow diners, mostly during the busier summer months, and potential meetings or parties. The apartment bathroom will be used for patron and employee facilities. |The current maximum seating for the facility is 76 per the engineered plans on file. The Operator indicated the desire to expand the diner, which will require an engineer to plan upgrades to the septic. A list of engineers was emailed to the Operator during the inspection. No more seating should be added, and no new construction should be done to the facility, before the NYSDOH approves these plans.|Notify the NYSDOH Watertown District Office before any new construction or the modification of any of the operation takes place.
