4. Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text alerts, you consent to receive SMS messages from ClickNNY at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile opt-in and phone number are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies and local storage to run the Service and remember your preferences, and we use Google Analytics to measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Service works.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers who help us run the Service, such as hosting, database, email, text-messaging, payment, and analytics providers, under agreements that limit their use of the information.
  • Marketplace participants: when you post a project or express interest in a provider (or a provider expresses interest in your project), relevant details and contact information are shared with the other party so you can connect.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of ClickNNY, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

7. Public records and public-safety information

Names and details that appear in our records, blotter, court, and incident content come from public and official sources and from public-safety communications. That information is not gathered by tracking users of the Service. If you believe such information about you is inaccurate or should be corrected or removed, contact us at office@webit365.com. See our Terms of Use for how we handle these requests.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, then delete or de-identify it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

  • Access and update your account information through your account, or by contacting us.
  • Opt out of alerts at any time (reply STOP to texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or adjust notification settings).
  • Request that we delete your account or personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. To exercise any of these, email us at office@webit365.com.

11. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will change. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
