All cold holding temperatures appropriate at 45 degrees F or below at the time of inspection|All hot holding temperatures appropriate at 140 degrees F or above at the time of inspection |New owner is discussing possible upgrades to the kitchen. Send in a kitchen design plan to Anthony Burgess (anthony.burgess@health.ny.gov) for approval before any construction begins. Must include a handwash station and a mop sink. Would like to see different storage area for clean plates rather than above the flattop.|All dishes are handwashed in the 2-bay sink before they are put into the dishwashing unit. Items should be properly stored throughout the entire wash-rinse-sanitize process.|Food temperatures and food protection are of utmost importance in the operation.
