Inspector’s comments
All cold holding throughout the facility are functional eggs 42F, sliced American cheese 43F. No hot holding at the time of inspection. Walk-in cooler fucntional eggs 40F. Walk-in freezer functional. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Proper 3-bay sink method observed. Facility could use an overall good top down clean.
