Spanish rice, refried beans, pinto beans all above 140F in prep line. Chicken, carnitas, steak, salsa,cheese dip all below 45F. All refrigeration is operating properly. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Overall, the facility is clean and well maintained.
