All cold holding temperatures appropriate at 45 degrees F or below at the time of inspection|No hot holding food items observed at the time of inspection|Facility has a lot of equipment that is not being used on a regular basis. Food product amount is minimal in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer. Dating and labeling and food protection is appropriate.
