Facility is offering a salad bar where products are stored on ice. Ice is replenished frequently and product levels are kept low. Discussed proper cold holding in this manner. Also discussed cold holding containers that can be frozen to help maintain temperatures. Facility will emailed an example. All products measured at 45 degrees Fahrenheit or below.
