Arrived when service had just ended and employees were in the process of cleaning up. Left over food was disposed of after service. Cold holding is appropriate throughout the facility, butter 43F, sliced turkey 38F, milk 40F. Dishwasher is operating properly. Facility is clean and well maintained.
