All hot holding acceptable white rice 167F. Walk-in cooler functional pork 42F, chicken sliced 41F. Prep coolers and refrigerators acceptable egg rolls 37F, breaded chicken 41F. Fried chicken coming off the wok 168F. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Long stem thermometer is on site for temperature measurement. Facility is more clean than previous inspections. Hand washing is avaliable.
