Inspector’s comments
All cold holding acceptable, milk 40 degrees, chicken wings 43 degrees. No hot holding present. The kitchen was not in use at the time of inspection. Canned and bottled beer as well as soda boxes stored downstairs. New flooring in the walk-in freezer; a correction from last years inspection.
