Inspector’s comments
All cold holding functional milk 42F, mac and cheese 40F, Cooked pasta 41F. No hot holding at the time of inspection. Machine dishwasher functional. Gloves and thermometer present at the time of inspection. Facility is clean, however facility needs a lot more organization and de-cluttering. Hand washing avaliable.
