Hot holding appropriate, French onion soup 178F cheese chicken enchilada soup 167F, Italian wedding soup 155F. Cooked hamburger off from grill 170F. Cold holding appropriate, ribs 32F, Italian wedding soup 38F, sour cream 40F, tartar sauce 40F, salsa 42F, chopped tomatoes 40F, hard boiled eggs 43F, fish 43F, rice and pastas 42F, shrimp and scallops 37F. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Employees were observed cleaning hands and replacing gloves multiple times throughout the inspection. Restrooms are clean and maintained. Excellent dating and labeling of food. Overall, the facility is clean and well maintained.
