Cold holding is appropriate, hard boiled eggs 39F, sliced tomatoes 40F, lunch meats 40F, chicken wings 40F, haddock 41F, chicken breasts 40F. Proper glove usage and hair restraint observed. Frequent hand washing by staff observed. Proper stem thermometer onsite to measure food temperatures. Facility is clean and well maintained.
