What the inspector recorded

Inspector’s comments

First annual inspection conducted. Numerous cleaning and operational issues persist from the last few inspections. A timeline for compliance was requested from the last inspection. The Operator indicated this timeline would be sent in to the office by January 31. The final timeline was submitted on February 25 and did not address all of the violations listed at that time.|There is minimal food on site. The Operator indicated they are only doing pizza and wings at the moment, but there are other food items on site as well. There is a separate pizza making station where that food prep is done exclusively.|Temperature of the foods, in storage and for service, should be maintained at all times of operation.|Mechanical issues should be fixed in conjunction with the remodeling of the floor in the basement. Removal of non-operational or unnecessary equipment should be considered.|General maintenance should be done, in accordance with the submitted plans on February 25, and whenever food debris, food splatter, grease, or any other dirt begins to build up.
