All cold holding temperatures appropriate at 45 degrees F or below at the time of inspection|All hot holding temperatures appropriate at 140 degrees F or above at the time of inspection|Appears the facility is not operating by their own designed cleaning plans from the beginning of 2025. Many of the same violations have been written due to the same circumstances in both operational inspections for the year. |Reach-in glass cooler unit has been removed. A new reach-in cooler unit has replaced it. Multiple other cold storage prep units near the salad bar location are non-operational at the time.
