Facility is clean and organized |Corn dogs and green beans for lunch both temped at 155*F |Cold holding cheese 41*F, milk 42*F |Walk in cooler and walk in freezer working properly |Gloves being worn and changed, proper hairnets being worn ||Kitchen staff are starting to utilize the local produce. Pasta sauce was made during the inspection and proper cooling of the products was discussed with time logs and sheet to meet the proper temps.
