Hot holding was appropriate, mushroom soup 185F, French onion soup 183F. Cold holding appropriate, prime rib 41F, mushroom soup 42F, elbow macaroni 40F, chopped tomatoes 43F, egg salad 44F, coleslaw 40F, shrimp and scallops 39F, haddock 39F, chicken breast 40F, and sliced lunch meats 44F. Bathrooms are clean. Facility is clean and well maintained. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed.
