All cold holding temperatures are appropriate at 45 degrees F or below at the time of inspection|All hot holding temperatures are appropriate at 140 degrees F or above at the time of inspection|Facility has some structural issues with floors, walls, ceilings, and equipment due to the lack of consistent cleaning. Some structures and equipment have been in disrepair for long periods of time. The cleaning plan that was developed by the Owner, and accepted by the Watertown District Office, is not being followed. Best cleaning practices are not being used for ultimate food protection.
