Inspector’s comments
All cold and hot holding acceptable. Salsa 38 degrees, steak 141 degrees, shrimp 142 degrees. Proper glove use observed prepping a taco bowl and tacos during the inspection. Facility is new and recently remodeled. Facility is organized. Dry storage and 1 refrigerator and 1 freezer in the shed next to the restaurant. Walls and ceiling should be finished. Mobile food truck that stays by the resturante was not inspected, owner said that it just serves drinks.
