All soups and salt potatoes 167F-173F. Cold holding appropriate, breaded chicken 41F, lobster tails 39F, red sauce 42F, white rice 42F, assorted pastas 41F, hamburger patties 42F, sliced tomatoes 42F. Proper glove usage observed on cook lines. Facility is clean and maintained.
