Hot holding is appropriate, cheddar broccoli soup 160F, meatballs 163F. Cold holding is appropriate, slicked turkey 41F, roast beef 38F, chopped chicken 32F, tuna salad 41F and sliced tomatoes 37F. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Proper labeling and dating of food throughout the facility. Facility is clean and maintained. Bathroom is clean.
