Inspector’s comments
Dishwasher observed to take multiple cycles to reach a final rinse temperature of 180 degrees Fahrenheit as required by manufacturers instructions. Staff are aware and utilize the sanitize bay of the 3 bay sink as needed. There is a large booster in place. Unit may require service to alleviate this issue.
