Inspector’s comments
All cold holding in the walk-in cooler functional elbow noodles 37F, sliced tomaotes 38F, chicken breasts 40F. Hot holding functional cooked vegetables 150F. Actively cooking pasta, pasta sauce and lamb. Lamb coming out od the oven 170F. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Machine dishwasher is reaching sanitizing temperature. Facility has improved on cleanliness since the last inspection. Bar area is clean.
