Cold holding is appropriate,sliced tomatoes 43F, Blue cheese 37F, chicken 41F, shrimp 42F, hamburger patties 41F, heavy cream 40F, cole slaw 41F, elbow pasta and spaghetti 43F, breaded fish 37F, wings 40F, homemade marinara 43F clams 41F. Food is labeled and dated. Restrooms are clean and maintained. Dishwasher operating properly. Overall,the facility is clean and maintained. Much Improvement has been made in keeping equipment clean throughout the facility.
