Inspector’s comments
Facility is still not making any food. All food is delivered by chick -fil-a, Core Life Eatery and other local places. Today's lunch was cheese and or pepperoni pizza kept in ovens for hot holding. Kitchen area is clean and organized. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed for the person in charge of handing out lunch. Hand washing is avaliable. Walk-in cooler functional pasta sauce from booster club 42F. Walk-in freezer is shut down and used for drink storage. Black tie cocktails are still using the kitchen for syrup making.
