All hot holding on the cook line functional fish sandwich 142F, chicken tenders 141F. All cold holding fucntional pickles 43F. Walk-in cooler functional breakfast burrito 38F. Walk-in freezer functional. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Hand washing is avaliable. Facility is overall clean and organized.
