No food preperation or hot holding at time of inspection. Refrigeration operating properly, relish 43F, and mustard 39F. Thermometers present in refrigeration units. Concession stand is clean and well maintained. |Menu: pizza, homemade Mac and cheese, hot dogs popcorn, etc.
