Cooking temperatures were appropriate, meat loaf cooked to 180F - 190F. Gravy reheated to at least 165F. Mashed potatoes 160F and asparagus 160F. Cold holding appropriate, milk 40F. All refrigeration units are operating properly. Facility is clean and maintained,
