Inspector’s comments
All cold holding functional on cook line fish 42F, steak 41F. No hot holding at the time of inspection. Walk-in freezer is functional. Both Walk-in coolers are functional butter 42F, breaded fish 40F, chicken 41F. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility is overall organized, but could sue some more cleaning and updates.
