Inspector’s comments
Hot holding functional at the time of inspection meatballs 148F. All cold holding in prep units functional sliced tomatoes 42F, banana peppers 44F, sliced ham 41F. Walk-in cooler functional chicken wings 37F, banana peppers 40F. All freezer units functional at the time of inspection. Facility is overall more clean and organzied than previous inspections. Walk-in cooler door is now fixed. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed.
