Hot holding appropriate throughout, pinto beans 165F, black beans 167F, rotisserie chicken 175F, meatballs 145F. Chicken out of fryer at 184F. Cold holding appropriate, Mac salad, pasta, coleslaw and potato salad and egg wash all below 45F. Sliced tomatoes 40F. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility is clean and maintained.
