Hot holding is appropriate, Mac sauce 143F (cooked to 165F before being placed into hot holding), red sauce and gravy over 140F. Cold holding appropriate, chicken haddock, ham slices tomatoes etc., all below 45F. Facility is clean and maintained. Bathrooms are clean. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Many general violations noted during last inspection have been corrected, paint has been purchased to paint wood shelving in dry storage, hot water is now available in hand sink in kitchen.
