All Hot holding on the service line functional soup 170F, All cold holding on the service line functional slice roast beef 42F, tuna salad 43F, sliced tomatoes 44F. Walk-in cooler is functional ground beef 40F, various soups 41F. Walk-in freezer functional. Facility is overall clean and organized. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Machine dishwasher reaching sanitizing temperature. Facility has replaced multiple door gaskets noted in the previous few inspections.
