Inspector’s comments
All cold holding throughout the facility functional hamburger patties 42F, chicken breasts 44F. Hot dogs 43F. Hot holding units functional at time of inspection chili 150F, Soup 178F. Facility is actively cooking hamburgers and onion rings at the time of inspection. Facility has a long stem probe thermometer avaliable. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility has made improvements from the previous inspections on cleaning and organization. Bar area clean and organzied.
