Cold holding throughout facility is appropriate, elbow macaroni 44F, cole slaw 42F, chicken 38F, fish filets 39F, hamburger patties 39F sliced tomatoes 44F. Proper tags observed for clams. Excellent labeling and dating of food. Bathrooms are clean. Facility is clean and well maintained.
