Inspector’s comments
All cold holding functional tater sauce 42F, chicken breasts 44F, steak 42F, fish 40F. Hot holding soup 160F. Facility is overall clean and organized. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Over the winter the kitchen got a repaint and good cleaning, and is now in better shape than last year.
