All cold holding functional milk 44F, sliced cheese 42F. All hot holding functional past and meatballs 157F, chicken noodle soup 171F. Walk-in cooler functional butter 42F, sliced ham 43F. Machine dishwasher is reaching sanitizing temperature. Facility is overall clean and organzied. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Observed lunch service with no visible issues. Septic system is working at the time of inspection
