Inspector’s comments
Cold holding adequate. No hot holding present. Chicken in the cooking process at 141 degrees on the grill, cook had a probe thermometer that he was using. Cooked soup 167 degrees, pasta was being cooled adequately. Facility was holding their annual meeting. Very limited potentially hazardous foods on site. Dish washing adequate. Bar downstairs has beer storage in the back room.
